Roles and Responsibilities for Projects Undertaken

Liaison with the architects, design teams, coordination and briefing of external consultants, government and statutory bodies, suppliers and contractors.
Liaison with home & building owners, tenants, building managers and base building services trades to achieve the outcome the client requires.
Continual liaison with key staff members to achieve a professional product.

Submission to authorities, discussing and negotiating design approvals.
Preparation of required tender documents.

Construction planning.

Program monitoring and reporting.

Onsite supervision of construction.

Quality assurance.
Safety controls in line with WHS.
Financial management.
Contract finalisation.
Co-ordination, supervision and management of all associated trades within the residential and commercial fields.

DIRECTOR'S PROFILE

Equity Views Construction is driven by a sole working Director.

Geoff Harber has more than 35 years of work experience in the building industry, decades of satisfied clients providing testament to his commitment for quality workmanship and ethical trading, ranging from residential to commercial work, business development, procurement, project management and administration of the company.

He has extensive experience in conceptual planning, executing, monitoring and closing out of projects and has yet to encounter a deadline he could not meet. Being a highly organised and self-motivated individual, he possesses excellent communication skills, thrives in high pressure environments, has a good knowledge of facilities, projects and construction management criteria and can effectively co-ordinate staff, consultants, key stakeholders and contractors to achieve a positive outcome of all concerned.
